	Woodlands Country House in Padstow Woodlands Country House is a family run bed and breakfast hotel. They offer the most stylish of breakfasts of which they are justly proud. Start with a buffet of delights including fresh fruit juices, home made compotes and preserves and even home baked croissants. Then it gets serious with the Full Cornish – a veritable feast of home made or locally grown, baked or produced sausage, bacon, hogs pudding, tomatoes, mushrooms, corn cakes and free range eggs. There are also superb Cornish kippers and smoked haddock on offer as well as eggs with toasted soldiers, free range and local of course. If you are really lucky you will be able to enjoy one of their spectacular international breakfasts on the specials board.
	Bay Rose House in Cheddar A typical breakfast at the lovely Bay Rose House will include a host of locally sourced and organic ingredients like sausages, field mushrooms, fruit juices and Cheddar strawberries as well as Fairtrade tea & coffee. Freshly baked homemade breads and muffins abound as well as excellent vegetarian breakfasts like Marmite eggs Florentine and local Cheddar buck rarebit. Best of all you can pick and mix – a great idea!

	Almara House in Galway This delightful 4 star guest house is situated in a tranquil setting and close to Galway city. It is an ideal location to start exploring the wonders of Galway, Connemara, the Burren and Isles of Aran. Breakfasts here are really good and served with their own homemade bread and preserves. The house special consists of pork sausages and black & white puddings grilled with bacon and served with an egg – but there are lots of other delicious breakfasts to choose from.
	Andrews on the Weir Andrews on the Weir is a small, dog friendly, family run restaurant with rooms, situated at the foot of the Exmoor hills, overlooking Porlock Bay. Breakfast is superb especially Andrews porridge flavoured with Drambuie, topped with caramelised bananas and grilled - just one of many fine choices. After breakfast enjoy a waterfront walk in the delightful village.
