Breakfast and Brunch in Cyprus - an overview
 As a general rule the northern part of Cyprus will start the day with traditional Turkish food, while in the southern it part will be more in the style of a Greek breakfast. Cyprus sausages are a speciality commonly found together with lountza, Cypriot smoked pork fillet eaten and cooked as ham and not dissimilar to Canadian bacon. Cheese and tomatoes abound at breakfast time as well as other Continental style offerings. |
