Oh Ducky

Smoked duck breast
Rustic roll
Marmite
Red onion marmalade
Spring onions

There are so many great smoke houses today so seek one out and buy a pack of smoked duck breast preferably smoked over oak with herbs and seaweed.
Slice open a freshly baked Mediterranean rustic roll, spread the top half with Xtremely tangy tasty Marmite and the bottom half with onion marmalade, dice up some spring onions and sprinkle them over the marmalade. Cut open the smoked duck breast pack and just smell the fusion of flavours, slice into thin pieces and lay them on top of the spring onions, close up the sandwich and paddle off down the river.
